We hold the factory relationships directly, so there is no middleman and no builder margin, and if something is wrong with what arrives it is ours to fix. What to have ready

None of this is compulsory, and a call is still worth having without it. It just makes the first call a lot more useful.

Whether the block is flat, sloped, or you do not know yet.
Any council or planning correspondence you have already had.
Plans or a sketch, if you have your own design.

What the call is not

It is not a sales pitch with a number at the end of it. Every model on this site is quoted on request, because the freight, the crane and the site work change the figure more than the building does. If you want the written quote first, ask for that instead and we will send it before we call.
