The 11 m body is longer and heavier than the compact models, so the load has to be spread across three axles for stable towing and legal axle loading. The chassis is sourced in Australia to Australian Design Rules so the unit can be registered here. You will need a properly tow rated vehicle and the right licence class for the loaded weight.

The body arrives with a complete interior fit out, including the kitchen with appliances, the full bathroom, the ground floor bedroom, the loft with its storage stairs and steel balustrade, aluminium double glazed windows, a skylight and timber and metal composite cladding. The triple axle chassis, site works, service connections, transport and any off grid gear are quoted separately.

The body ships inside a standard 40 ft container, which is trucked to your address or a nearby yard, and the body is lifted onto the chassis or onto prepared footings by crane or large forklift. It is wired and plumbed ready to connect. On a serviced block a licensed electrician connects it to a suitable outlet or switchboard and a plumber connects mains water and waste to sewer or septic. Off grid it runs from the solar and battery package with a water tank and composting toilet. Connection work by local trades is not included in the supply price.

The structure and the factory fitted cladding, glazing and joinery are covered by the manufacturer warranty stated in your quote, and appliances carry their own maker warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, not damage from towing, storm, misuse or work done by others after delivery. Keep your towing and maintenance records, since those are assessed first on any claim.
