Compliance You Can Trust
At Future Modular Homes, plumbing and electrical systems are connected or completed by licensed Australian trades where required, and we supply the certificates they issue. The G7 is built to order to the applicable requirements, with documentation supplied for your certifier or relevant authority to assess. Final acceptance and approval are their decision. These documents support the application but do not guarantee a compliance finding or approval for a particular site. Electrical and plumbing certificates cover the work performed by the licensed trades and do not certify the entire dwelling.

How Does a Modular Home Get From the Factory to Your Australian Block?
A modular home reaches an Australian block through six controlled handovers: factory production and inspection, container or flat-rack loading, sea freight, customs and biosecurity clearance, road transport under heavy vehicle limits, and a crane set-down onto prepared footings.
Are Chinese-Made Modular Homes Any Good? An Honest Australian Answer
Quality varies enormously between Chinese factories, so country of origin is the wrong question. What separates a good modular home from a bad one is the design basis, the documentation and the site-specific engineering behind it.
Are Chinese Test Reports Accepted by Australian Building Certifiers?
Chinese test reports are not rejected for being Chinese. The NCC recognises overseas laboratories through NATA mutual recognition. What actually decides acceptance is the standard tested to, the accredited scope, and whether the full report was supplied.
Modular Factory Quality Control: The Hold Points That Matter
What Are the Quality Control Hold Points in a Modular Home Factory? A hold point is a stage where production stops until the work is checked, recorded and released.
What Modular Home Compliance Documents Should Come With an Imported Home?
The document register to hand your building certifier: what each compliance document covers, what a usable version shows, and which items cannot exist until an engineer has looked at your block.
What Documentation Comes With a China-Built Modular Home in Australia?
A China-built modular home arrives with an evidence pack we assemble, not an approval.
